Ligularia stenocephala 'The Rocket'

LEOPARD PLANT A large plant with showy flowers soaring above the foliage. Used as a border specimen or planted in groups, they prefer a cool and very moist to wet site, even bog gardens. Finely toothed, leathery, heart shaped leaves. Loves deep, rich, moist, soil but will settle in ordinary garden soil when kept moist. If hot, better be in partial shade.
